Thoroughly Recommended
I always use LDC Heating to look after my central heating. Lee services my boiler every year & the standard of his work is excellent. He is a fully registered engineer & is very knowledgeable about his trade. He always keeps to appointments & when my boiler needed a repair this year he explained to me exactly what was wrong & what needed to be done. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent Service
Lee was recommended to us by our neighbor, when our hot water pipes were frozen due to the cold weather. We spoke on the phone and gave me good advice so he did not have to come. But on another occasion when the boiler was not working he investigated the problem and found the issue. It was resolved within 24h. He is very attentive and reliable.

Quality service over last few years
I’m a landlord of a number of properties in East Hertfordshire and have been using LDC for Gas safety inspections and associated corrective work. LDC always fully explain why any work is required and carry out the work promptly and efficiently. More recently I have called out LDC to rectify plumbing issues in a property I had just purchased, again all work was carried out promptly. I always feel the cost of the work is fair for a reliable quality service.

Excellent service, lee is dependable, efficient and professional i would have no problem in recommending his services, he has serviced our system for many years and recently installed our new boiler and radiators . Lee’s work is always carried out to the highest standard.

Highly recommended
Lee came recommended to me by my mum and her neighbour, he has been servicing my boiler for a few years now and is always friendly, professional and tidy. I had issues with the boiler whilst it was under warranty, Lee made the relevant calls so that the repairs were done under warranty instead of charging me extra, I had a gas leak from the outside meter, which is beyond Lee’s control, he arranged for National Grid to sort this out. He has also replaced the shower when that broke down. He is genuine and very trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent, professional service
I genuinely can’t recommend LDC Heating highly enough. From Lee’s first visit about 3 years ago, I have used his services several times over that time, the most recent March this year. From minor repair to more substantial work, he has always been highly professional, keeping in contact from the start and turning up promptly. Once work is commenced, he always keeps me up to date with what is going on and has gone above and beyond my expectations. Lee’s experience and knowledge is second to none, with quality workmanship. With all of the above, it’s great to say he is such a personable and friendly person. I will be continuing to use LDC Heating for all my future heating/plumbing works. High quality, professional and reliable service
I’ve used LDC Heating to relocate and install new radiators in our new house and have found them to be reliable and reasonably priced. All work was carried out to a high standard and completed on time.
I also appreciated that Lee took the time to explain options if we ever wanted to update to a Combi Bolier and advised us on the best way to go, taking into account our budget and needs. It was a really professional and personalised service.
